About Brielle McLaughlin:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in art
• Married to high school sweetheart, two kids in elementary school
• Love collage and impressionism art the most (also love any form of children’s art)
• Go-to activities are hiking, yoga, making art (with and without kids), rearranging furniture/decor, estate sale shopping
• Repurposing and reusing feels important to me, especially when it comes to home decor. Save things from going into a landfill! Buy used to save on environmental manufacturing costs/effects!
• Started real estate in 2020, want to grow organically without paying for leads. I’ve worked for both buyers and sellers, in probate situations and 1031 exchanges. Acquired NC license in 2020 and SC real estate license in 2021.
• Started an antique booth in 2022. Inventory mostly comes from estate sales, but is all used or repurposed
• I like mixed textures, patterns and colors in a home, as well as a mixture of styles of furniture
• Got my 200YTT in 2023 and would like to someday teach a regular weekly class in a studio setting
• My biggest priorities are my family, self-care, and expressing my creativity. I value genuine relationships and open communication. No matter what I’m being hired for (real estate agent, designer, yoga teacher) I want to feel calm and clear on what my focus is, and allow whoever I’m working with to feel that they can be themselves with me.
• I’m not the most experienced real estate agent, but I do feel that my time and attention to detail will allow my clients to feel like they're the top priority. They will never feel rushed or pressured by me to make a decision, put in an offer, etc.
• My dream client is someone looking for an older property that they can fix up and make their own. Bonus points if they need help designing and styling the interior of that home. Someone who appreciates preserving and repurposing materials in creative ways.
